Pengaruh Kelelahan Otot Tungkai Terhadap Biomekanika Pendaratan Pada Atlet Bola Voli
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kelelahan otot tungkai terhadap biomekanika pendaratan pada atlet bola voli, dengan fokus pada sudut fleksi lutut, sudut deviasi valgus/varus, serta hubungan antara pusat gravitasi (CG) dan gaya reaksi tanah (GRF). Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pretest-posttest digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Tiga belas atlet bola voli dari UKM Bola Voli UPI berpartisipasi sebagai sampel. Data biomekanik dikumpulkan menggunakan kamera, force plate, dan perangkat lunak analisis gerak. Kelelahan diinduksi melalui tes Bosco, dan kadar asam laktat diukur untuk memastikan tingkat kelelahan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kelelahan otot tungkai secara signifikan memengaruhi sudut fleksi lutut (p = 0,003), sementara sudut deviasi valgus/varus (p = 0,540) dan rata-rata CG-GRF (p > 0,05) tidak menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah kelelahan. Korelasi negatif dan tidak signifikan ditemukan antara CG dan GRF, baik sebelum (r = -0,041, p = 0,893) maupun setelah kelelahan (r = 0,098, p = 0,751). Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pelatihan neuromuskular dan penguatan otot tungkai untuk mengurangi risiko cedera lutut pada atlet bola voli. Penelitian lanjutan dengan protokol yang lebih beragam diperlukan untuk memahami lebih jauh mekanisme biomekanik ini.
