HUBUNGAN KOMPETENSI KEPRIBADIAN DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL GURU PLK TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low motivation of students to learn, so that it has an impact on the competence of personality and emotional intelligence. This research aims to find evidence of personality and emotional intelligence competencies of students' motivation, as well as to find out the relationship between personality and emotional intelligence competencies educational field practice (PLK) teacher motivation semester studying in Class XI SMK N 2 Courses in Academic Year 2016/2017. This research is quantitative is associative. The instruments used in gathering data is questionnaire Likert scale models. The population of the study, all students of Class XI semester at SMK N 1 Muara Bungo in Academic Year 2019/2020. So it is concluded that the relationship between personality competence is in the very good category (82.09%), the relationship between emotional intelligence is in the good category (72.21%), and the motivation to learn is in the good category (75.14%). Results of the study found that there is a positive and significant relationship between personality and emotional intelligence competencies educational field practice (PLK) teacher to student motivation Xl semester classes at SMK N 1 Muara Bungo in Academic Year 2019/2020.
