Peran Kinesiologi dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Atlet: Tinjauan Terhadap Teknik dan Metode Latihan

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah secara komprehensif penerapan pendekatan kognitif dan afektif dalam pendidikan olahraga serta implikasinya terhadap pembentukan karakter dan keterampilan sosial peserta didik. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui metode kajian literatur dengan menganalisis teori, model pedagogis, dan hasil penelitian empiris yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2010 hingga 2025 dari basis data seperti Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Taylor & Francis, dan SpringerLink. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran seperti Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) dan Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir strategis, refleksi diri, empati sosial, dan pengembangan tanggung jawab moral siswa. Selain itu, kerangka physical literacy menjadi pendekatan integratif yang mampu menyatukan ranah fisik, kognitif, dan afektif untuk menciptakan pembelajaran jasmani yang lebih bermakna. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan olahraga berbasis kognitif dan afektif memiliki kontribusi penting dalam membentuk peserta didik yang cerdas secara intelektual, berkarakter, dan tangguh secara sosial-emosional.
