HAK ABK TUNADAKSA DI SEKOLAH DASAR TERINTEGRASI
Abstrak
Children's rights are part of human rights that must be guaranteed, protected and fulfilled by parents, family, society, government and state. Children's rights that must be fulfilled include the right to obtain education and teaching. starting from early childhood education to high school education. Children with special needs have the right to receive services education starts from an early age. Children with special needs (ABK) are children who grow and develop with various differences with children in general. The term children with needs specifically does not refer to the term for children with disabilities, but refers to special services required by children with special needs. Children who have physical disabilities also have the right and obligation to receive adequate facilities at the place where they go to school.
