CHARACTER EDUCATION FOR MENTAL RESILIENCE: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW ON CHILDREN'S WELL-BEING IN THE AI ERA

Abstrak

Studi ini menganalisis hubungan antara pendidikan karakter dan ketahanan mental anak-anak di era kecerdasan buatan, dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor protektif dan mengembangkan model konseptual integratif. Menggunakan pendekatan Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA, 144 artikel dari jurnal terindeks Scopus disaring, dan 15 studi relevan memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter memainkan peran strategis dalam memperkuat ketahanan anak-anak melalui nilai-nilai pengaturan diri, empati, tanggung jawab, solidaritas, dan pencarian makna hidup. Faktor-faktor protektif yang teridentifikasi meliputi ikatan positif orang tua-anak, dukungan sebaya, ketahanan keluarga, dan keterlibatan masyarakat, sementara faktor risiko meliputi ketergantungan perangkat, konflik keluarga, kemiskinan, dan stres orang tua. Model konseptual yang diusulkan menekankan pendekatan holistik, terdiferensiasi, dan multilevel dengan keterlibatan simultan sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Temuan sebagian besar studi menegaskan bahwa pendidikan karakter tidak hanya membentuk moralitas, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai strategi ekosistem untuk memperkuat ketahanan mental anak dalam menghadapi tantangan digital dan sosial di era kecerdasan buatan. Studi ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kerangka teori ketahanan multidimensi, integrasinya ke dalam kurikulum, dan perancangan program pendidikan karakter yang aplikatif di lembaga pendidikan.
