AUDIT KINERJA GURU MENGGUNKANA METODE ITIL V4 STUDY KASUS SMPN 13 KOTABUMI
Abstract
Teacher performance audit is an important effort in improving the quality of education. This study audits teacher performance at SMP Negeri 13 Kotabumi using the ITIL version 4 framework, which although derived from IT service management, can be adapted for the education sector. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that teachers have shown good performance in organizational and technological aspects, but are still lacking in optimal utilization of learning technology, ITIL 4 helps identify performance gaps and provides direction for improvement. This study recommends teacher training in the use of technology and improving documentation and evaluation of the learning process on an ongoing basis. The results of the study show that the Maturity Level of the Guiding Principles subdomain is an average of 3.2 with a Gap of 0.13, Governance is an average of 3.13 with a Gap of 0.2, Service Value Chain (SVC) questionnaire average of 3.15 with a Gap of 0.18, Practices is an average of 3.16 with a Gap of 0.18, and Continual Improvement. average 3.18, with a Gap of 0.15. The overall results of the Guiding Principles, Governance, Service Value Chain (SVC), Practices and Continual Improvement subdomain framework are at level 1 and have a Gap of 0.7, which means that at this level it shows that the subdomain has been achieved and fulfilled.
