Pengaruh Vaksin Terhadap Virus Nosokomial; Sistematik Review

Abstrak

Latar Belakang:  Infeksi nosocomial adalah efek paling banyak diterima oleh rumah sakit yang dapat mempengaruhi 5 hingga 10% dari semua penerimaan rumah sakit di negara maju dan berkembang Negara berpenghasilan rendah dan menjadi beban utama. Efek dari virus ini memiliki fatalitas cukup tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh vaksin terhadap virus nosocomial.

Subjek dan Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pendekatan sistematik review. Artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan teks full artikel dengan desain studi observasional (cross-sectional, cohort, dan case control) yang dipublikasikan dari tahun 2019 hingga tahun 2023. Variabel independent meliputi  kelengkapan vaksin dasar, dan variable dependen yaitu kejadian nosokomial. Pengumpulan data artikel dilakukan dengan mencari artikel pada search database database Google Scholar, Pubmed, dan Science Direct.

Hasil: Risiko nosocomial berkurang secara signifikan seiring berjalannya waktu selama paparan.

Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan antara kelengkapan vaksinasi dasar dengan penurunan kejadian infeksi virus nosocomial.
