INOVASI APLIKASI ENVIRONMENTAL MATHEMATICS PADA SMARTPHONE SEBAGAI MEDIA INTERAKTIF PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA BERBASIS LINGKUNGAN

This research is development research (R&D) which refers to the ADDIE model. Development procedures include Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of this research product are in the form of an android application based on environmental mathematics to improve understanding of learning mathematics based on the environment. The application is accompanied by attractive images, sounds, animations, and text narration. The results of the study show that the android application for learning environmental mathematics is feasible and effective in learning data collection, as seen from the average pretest and posttest scores carried out by fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Talang Padang. The average value obtained during the pretest was 41.57 while the average value obtained during the posttest was 82.10. Based on the Mann-Whitney test with a sample of two different schools, the resulting data shows a significant difference between the learning outcomes of schools that use the Android application media and those that are not treated, as seen from the posttest average score of SDN 1 Talang Padang of 82.10. While the average posttest score of SDN 1 Banding Agung is 66.31.

NEED ASSESMENT PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TENIS LAPANGAN BERBASIS APLIKASI THUNKABLE

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the necessity for creating thunkable applications-based tennis learning medium. By completing a questionnaire, a survey is used in this research method. 140 students from the semester I and III physical education study programs participated in the study as respondents. The findings of this study demonstrate that tennis is a required course that must be taken, that 92.85% of students lack the necessary tennis skills, that free internet connection is provided in every campus room, that 100% of students own computers and smartphones, and that 60% of students are freshmen. The sole learning resources remain secondary economics and instructors. The findings of this analysis show that the creation of tennis learning media based on thunkable applications is actually required in order to achieve the learning objectives.

USE OF THE NUMBER HEAD TOGETHER MODEL BASED ON LESSON STUDY IN IMPROVING STUDENT'S COGNITIVE LEARNING OUTCOMES AND COLLABORATION SKILLS

Education is known as a process of spiritual, intellectual and emotional formation. The implementation of education is realized in the learning process. The learning process in higher education directs students to be able to have good cognitive learning outcomes and collaboration skills. Observation results show that students' cognitive learning outcomes and collaboration skills are low. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a learning model that guides students to be able to have understanding and collaboration skills. One learning design that can overcome problems is the application of the Number Head Together (NHT) model based on Lesson Study (LS). This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using the Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart. Planning, action, observation and reflection are the stages of PTK research. Data was analyzed through the percentage of average values and categorized through the level of the Akbar category. The research results showed an increase in cognitive learning outcomes as seen from the posttest scores in cycle I and cycle II with an average score of 77.75 in the good category and 87.5 in the very good category. Students' collaboration skills increased in each indicator from cycle I to cycle II with an average score of 76.75 in the good category and 87.15 which was included in the very good criteria. Therefore, exposure to the LS-based NHT model can improve students' cognitive learning outcomes and collaboration skills.

RANCANG BANGUN WEBSITE SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM EL-SYABAB MENGGUNAKAN PHP DAN FRAMEWORK BOOTSTRAP

This research aims to develop a web design of El-Syabab Islamic Elementary School using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development method with PHP and Bootstrap. A qualitative approach is used with a focus on data collection through observation, interviews, and analysis of related documents. The results showed that website design succeeded in producing a el-syabab.sch.id website that makes it easier for schools to convey information online and as a medium for registration and promotion. PHP is used to develop logic and functionality, while Bootstrap is used for responsive design. Black-box test results show all features are working properly. The results of this study can be a practical guide for parties who want to develop websites quickly and effectively, and provide significant benefits for educational institutions in improving the efficiency of communication and administration through online media.

EFFECTIVENESS INFORMATION SERVICES IN SOCIODRAMA MODEL INTEGRATED WITH CIVICS LEARNING TO REDUCE AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS

This research was motivated by the existence of students who carried out verbal, physical and psychological violence towards aggressiveness with a high tendency. This aggressive behavior in the world of education is very risky for students' academic activities psychologically at school for both the perpetrator and the victim. This research aims to reveal the effectiveness information services model sociodrama integrated for Civics learning to reduce students' aggressive behavior in elementary schools. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment using a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design on research design. The subjects in this research were 15 students in grades V and VI of SD Negeri 196 Taman Agung, Bungo Regency, who were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data collection technique in this research was a Likert scale model questionnaire used in the pre-test and post-test. Based on the distribution table data in the experimental group, there was a decrease in scores from 66.63 to 53.2. Furthermore, based on the t-test, the use of integrated sociodrama model information services for Civics lessons was declared effective in reducing aggressive behavior in elementary schools. This is proven by the results of the difference test value (t) from the calculation which shows that t_count is 5.662 while t_tableis 2.160. so that if we enter it into the hypothesis formula t_count > t_table it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, KOMPENSASI, MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze how the influence of work discipline, compensation and motivation on employee productivity at SMKN 4 Padang both partially and simultaneously. This research is a form of associative research that has a form of variable relationship, namely causal relationships. While the approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. Collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression and data processing using SPSS Version 25. The results of this study concluded that when viewed in the partial test of work discipline on work productivity gave a significant value of 0.000<0.05 with a B value of 0.289 which means that H_a was accepted and H_o was rejected. In the compensation variable, a significant value of 0.075>0.05 with a B value of 0.046, a significant value greater than 0.05 means that there is no compensation relationship to work productivity and it is concluded that H_a is rejected and H_o is accepted. Motivation significant value 0.000<0.05 with a contribution magnitude of 0.661 which means H_a is termed and H_o is rejected. If simultaneously tested, the significant value of the effect of work discipline, compensation and motivation on work pruductivity is 0.000 < 0.05 with a B value of 0.505, which means that there is a significant influence with H_orejected and H_a received with a contribution value of 50.5%.

Initial reading ability level at SD Inpress 38 Matawolot Kab. Sorong is still quite low. An alternative solution to improve initial reading skills is to develop educational reading media containing local wisdom. This research uses quantitative methods. Based on the ADDIE model development method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This research was conducted at SD Inpress 38 Matawolot District. Shove. With a total of 19 students. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Data was collected through validation sheets from material experts, media experts, language experts, and teacher responses. The results of testing the effectiveness of reading learning media have proven to be able to improve the learning outcomes of class 1 students. This can be explained by the N-gain score of 0.4 which is included in the medium category, namely in the range 0.3 – 0.7. The results of this research show that the reading media educational media containing local wisdom is very valid and practical for use in initial reading learning at SD Inpress 38 Matawolot District Sorong.

ANALYSIS OF CLASS IV STUDENTS' SPEAKING SKILLS LEVEL ON INDONESIAN LANGUAGE LEARNING CONTENT IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS

One important aspect of language skills, especially in an educational context, is the ability to speak, which plays a crucial role in shaping intelligent, critical, and creative generations. The speaking abilities of children greatly influence their success in both school and at home. Observations and interviews have revealed that some students are less active in speaking, often stutter, and speak softly, and their expressions need improvement. This research aims to analyze the level of speaking skills of fourth-grade students in the subject of Indonesian language at SD Negeri 45/I Sridadi, Muaro Bulian Subdistrict. This study is a descriptive quantitative research that utilizes data from speaking skill tests. The research population consists of all fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 45/I Sridadi, totaling 22 students. The sampling method used is a census. The research results indicate that the speaking skills of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 45/I Sridadi in the subject of Indonesian language fall into the "good" category (64%). Students' speaking abilities are evaluated as good across various aspects, including pronunciation (66%), intonation (65%), fluency (65%), accuracy of meaning and content (63%), and expression (63%). In conclusion, the speaking skills of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 45/I Sridadi can be categorized as good, as evidenced by positive assessments in various aspects of speaking skills, including pronunciation, intonation, fluency, accuracy of meaning and content, and expression.

MPLEMENTASI MODEL KOOPERATIF TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT PADA PEMBELAJARAN SOSIOLOGI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XII

The purpose of this study was to see whether students learn better by using Classroom Action Research consisting of two cycles using the Kahoot-based teams' games tournament cooperative learning model with action research steps starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation. The research involved all students of class XII Sociology TL 8 at SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak, totaling 36 people. Using interactive learning media and models is one way to improve student learning outcomes. The results showed that the learning outcomes of XII Sociology TL 8 students could be improved by implementing the Kahoot-based tournament game team cooperative learning model. The results show that by implementing the Kahoot media-based TGT learning model, students' learning outcomes have increased. In cycles 1 and 2 there was an increase in the class average of 82.5 to 85.2. In learning outcomes, there was an increase of 63% to 81%. Thus there was a significant change after using the TGT learning model.

ABILITY OF BUDDHIST RELIGIOUS EDUCATION TEACHERS IN IMPLEMENTING THE INDEPENDENT CURRICULUM AT SMK

The Independent Curriculum is a new curriculum that not all schools have implemented. The implementation of the independent curriculum has changes from the previous curriculum which makes teachers feel difficult. The purpose of this study is to describe the ability of Buddhist Religious Education teachers in preparing Merdeka Curriculum learning tools at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, Kulon Progo Regency, and to describe the ability of Buddhist Religious Education teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum in Buddhist Religious Education learning at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, Kulon Progo Regency. This research is a qualitative study with an analytic descriptive approach. Data collection using observation, documentation and interviews. Six informants in this study were selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis used the Cresswel model. The results of the study found that the ability of Buddhist Religious Education teachers in preparing Independent Curriculum learning tools at SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih has fulfilled all components of the Head of the Education Curriculum and Assessment Standards Agency and the Teaching Modules designed are arranged coherently and clearly. The ability of the Buddhist Religious Education teacher in implementing the Independent Curriculum in Buddhist Religious Education Learning at SMK N 2 Pengasih, Kulon Progo Regency is in accordance with the Teaching Module he prepared. Buddhist Religious Education teachers are able to bring the profile of Pancasila students to be interesting by using a scientific approach and carrying out differentiated learning.

ANALISIS KESULITAN MEMBACA PADA SISWA KELAS 1 SD 2 KALIWUNGU

Reading difficulties are obstacles in reading experienced by students. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of student's difficulties in reading. This research uses a qualitative approach. This research will be carried out at SD 2 Kaliwungu with the subject of research, namely five grade 1 students. This study used data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that five grade 1 students had difficulty reading, including difficulty recognizing and identifying letters of the alphabet, unable to distinguish letters that are almost similar when reading, difficulty in spelling letters and syllables, difficulty in pronouncing consonant combinations, difficulty in pronouncing diphthong combinations, and difficulty in pronouncing the letter "r". Based on the results of data analysis from several previous studies and various references or sources that there are still low-grade students who have difficulty reading with some characteristics of reading difficulties they experience.
