Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap produktivitas sekolah menengah atas di Kecamatan Medan Johor Sumatera Utara. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari guru dan kepala sekolah dari 16 SMA swasta di Kecamatan Medan Johor. Metode survei kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengambilan sampel acak sederhana dengan menggunakan rumus Isaac dan Michael digunakan untuk memilih 120 sampel, dan kuesioner berfungsi sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Selain itu, uji validitas konstruk, reliabilitas, dan analisis faktor instrumen diselesaikan dengan menggunakan expert judgement dan teknik Alpha Cronbach. Metode statistik deskriptif dan regresi berganda kemudian digunakan dalam analisis data yang dilakukan dengan SPSS 26.0. temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya tempat kerja mempunyai dampak besar terhadap produktivitas sekolah. Karena kualitas lulusannya masih memerlukan peningkatan, banyak sekolah yang saat ini mengalami penurunan produktivitas. Budaya kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan dua elemen yang mempengaruhi produktivitas di sekolah
