Laying off several workers who are heads of families due to government policies and worst company conditions, may cause a decreasing in family income and make it difficult to meet their daily needs. In solving these problems, it is not only the role of a family head that is needed but also the role of the housewife. The housewife can help the head of a family to get additional income by cooking as they did in the daily main task. So it can be a source of additional family income. The Housewives who actively earn the additional income but still carry out their role at home are known as Mompreneurs. The Guidance on mompreneur-based household economic development will increase the knowledge of housewives about activities that they can do to increase family income by utilizing the usual housewife tasks.
