ANALISIS TINGKAT KETERAMPILAN HIJAU PADA GURU DAN SISWA DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN

Abstract

Perubahan iklim yang disebabkan oleh pekerjaan manusia terus meningkat drastis, sehingga salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi hijau. Sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) dipandang sebagai salah satu institusi yang harus berperan dalam pertumbuhan pekerjaan dan industri hijau dengan membekali keterampilan kerja hijau kepada siswanya. Oleh karena itu, upaya pertama adalah memetakan sejauhmana guru dan siswa memiliki keterampilan tersebut, sehingga tujuan penelitian ini mengukur tingkat keterampilan hijau generik (KHG) pada guru dan siswa yang meliputi dimensi kompetensi kognitif, interpersonal dan intrapersonal. Selain itu, melihat perbedaan antar dimensi secara keseluruhan juga dilakukan. Metode survei diadopsi dengan berbantuan instrumen kuesioner KHG di SMK yang telah berstatus Adiwiyata. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dan ANOVA – Dunnet C Test. Hasilnya, deskripsi KHG siswa masih menunjukkan kategori rendah, sedangkan guru mendapatkan kategori tinggi. Namun, KGH pada guru tidak terdistribusi merata pada setiap dimensi Antar dimensi ternanalisis tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan, baik pada guru maupun siswa. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa masih diperlukan penguatan pedagogi guru, terutama pada dimensi dan indiaktor yang masih lemah. Rekomendasi terakhir dalam peningkatan KHG diperlukan sinergi dari berbagai lapsan, termasuk masyarakat pada umumnya.
