Abstrak

Peningkatan jumlah lamaran kerja dalam proses rekrutmen menimbulkan tantangan bagi Human Resource (HR) dalam melakukan penyaringan resume secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan workflow penyaringan resume pelamar menggunakan n8n dan Generative AI pada Yayasan Insan Cita Mulia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall. Hasil pengujian Black Box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi utama workflow berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil User Acceptance Testing menunjukkan bahwa workflow yang dikembangkan dapat diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna berdasarkan aspek functional suitability, interaction capability, dan performance efficiency.
