MODEL FUTURE READINESS TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DALAM MENGHADAPI KONVERGENSI ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, QUANTUM COMPUTING, DAN INTERNET OF THINGS

Abstract

Transformasi digital yang didorong oleh konvergensi Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), dan Quantum Computing telah meningkatkan kompleksitas tata kelola teknologi informasi sehingga menuntut organisasi memiliki tingkat kesiapan (future readiness) yang lebih adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model konseptual Future Readiness Teknologi Informasi (FR-TI) berbasis Enterprise Architecture (EA) sebagai kerangka strategis dalam meningkatkan kesiapan organisasi menghadapi perkembangan teknologi masa depan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan sintesis berbagai penelitian mengenai Enterprise Architecture, transformasi digital, tata kelola teknologi informasi, AI, IoT, Quantum Computing, digital resilience, serta data-driven architecture. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan teknik thematic synthesis untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan konseptual antartemuan penelitian sehingga menghasilkan model konseptual yang terintegrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Future Readiness Teknologi Informasi dibangun oleh tujuh dimensi utama, yaitu Strategic Foresight and Sensing, Strategi Transformasi dan Keputusan TI, Enterprise Architecture dan Tata Kelola Adaptif, Data Platform dan Interoperabilitas, Kesiapan Konvergensi Teknologi AI–IoT–Quantum, Digital Resilience, Cybersecurity, Privacy and Risk Management, serta Human Capital, Collaboration, and Value Measurement. Ketujuh dimensi tersebut diintegrasikan melalui siklus adaptif Sensing–Architecting–Governing–Learning yang memungkinkan organisasi merespons perubahan teknologi secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis melalui pengembangan model Future Readiness Teknologi Informasi (FR-TI) yang memperluas paradigma Enterprise Architecture menjadi kerangka prediktif, adaptif, dan berorientasi masa depan. Secara praktis, model ini dapat dijadikan acuan dalam penyusunan strategi transformasi digital, pengembangan tata kelola Enterprise Architecture, serta penyusunan instrumen pengukuran tingkat kesiapan organisasi menghadapi konvergensi teknologi digital generasi berikutnya.
