Hubungan Pendidikan Ibu Terhadap Kejadian Stunting pada Anak Bayi Lima Tahun; Sistematik Review

Abstract

WHO menyatakan ada lebih dari 22% atau sebanyak 149.2 juta pada tahun 2020 anak mengalami stunting. Prevelensi anak usia di bawah lima tahun yang mengalami stunting di provinsi jambi berjumlah 22.4%, dan wilayah dengan prevelensi balita stunting terbesar di provinsi jambi, yakni mencapai 27.2% yaitu Kabupaten Kerinci. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat Pendidikan ibu terhadap kejadian stunting pada anak bayi lima tahun. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pendekatan sistematik review. Artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan teks full artikel dengan desain studi observasional (cross-sectional, cohort, dan case control) yang dipublikasikan dari tahun 2016 hingga tahun 2023. Variabel independen meliputi tingkat Pendidikan ibu, dan variable dependen yaitu kejadian stunting pada anak bayi lima tahun. Pengumpulan data artikel dilakukan dengan mencari artikel pada search database database Google Scholar, Pubmed, dan Science Direct. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan ibu memang memiliki dampak terhadap status gizi anak. Pendidikan ibu yang tinggi menunjukkan hasil berupa status gizi anak yang baik dan angka malnutrisi yang sedikit, sedangkan pendidikan ibu yang rendah akan berdampak pada buruknya status gizi anak. Jadi ada hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan ibu terhadap kejadian stunting pada anak bayi lima tahun.
